About Me
Yoga Teacher & Psychologist
I'm an experienced yoga teacher and a psychologist. I teach yoga that invites you to build body awareness and gently explore your inner world, drawing on tools for stress management and emotional regulation.
In my work, You are what matters most – your needs, your story and your intention. I love accompanying people on their path of self-discovery and witnessing how they grow.

How We Can Work Together
I offer personalized 1:1 yoga sessions, both online and in Paris, as well as online and in-person group classes in Paris. Alongside regular classes, I organize international yoga retreats and teach yoga at events and curated gatherings.
1:1 Classes
Personalized Practice
Do you want to deepen your yoga practice or start from scratch? Do you want to care for your body and mind, adapt sessions to your needs, or build regularity, strength, and a sense of support? Private sessions last 45–90 minutes, and are available online or in Paris.
Group Classes
Shared Practice
Looking for a shared practice with others? Group classes are designed to create a calm, inclusive space to slow down and recharge. Classes combine mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation.
