My yoga story

My Story

From Student to Guide

I started practicing yoga in 2018, quickly discovering its wonderful effect on my busy, restless mind. From that moment, yoga became a part of my daily life, guiding me through moments of stress, self-discovery, and personal growth. Over time, it taught me acceptance and patience with myself, helping me to approach my body and mind with kindness and understanding.

This path naturally led me to teaching and sharing yoga with others, from studios in Poland to retreats in Morocco, and through travels in India that deepened my understanding of the practice. I love creating spaces where people feel safe, supported, and able to explore at their own pace. My sessions are trauma-informed, and I enjoy sharing tools that can support both physical and mental well-being in everyday life.

Outside the mat, I'm a homebody who loves spending time in nature, yet I also enjoy traveling, being active, and discovering new places. I'm passionate about sharing knowledge, guiding others on their path, and seeing the small moments of growth and awareness in my students. Yoga has brought many positive changes into my life, helping me feel closer to myself – more grounded, present, and in tune with my body and mind.

And now, I want to share that with you – whether through a private session, a group class, or a retreat. I aim to create a space where you can show up as you are, explore at your own pace, and feel supported along the way.

My Philosophy

How I Approach Teaching

My work is rooted in the belief that body and mind are not separate, and that real change happens when we feel safe enough to slow down and listen. I see yoga as a practice of awareness rather than performance — a way to reconnect with the body, breath, and inner experience.

I draw from both yoga and psychology, blending movement, breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness to support nervous system regulation and emotional well-being. Each session is adapted to the person or group, considering physical needs, energy, and life context.

Creating a safe, inclusive space is central to my teaching. I value warmth, clarity, and consent, and aim to meet people where they are. My intention is to offer grounded, meaningful practices that extend beyond the mat and support everyday life.

You are the sky. Everything else – it's just the weather.
